‘Imports decreased by 10.3% whilst export increased by 14.6% over the corresponding period of previous year. Trade imbalance decreased by 12% over the corresponding year. India dominates the foreign trade representing 62.2% of total trade. However, India’s share in foreign trade is in decreasing trend whilst China’s share is increasing.
