Nepalese import up to mid-Nov 2020 (Kartik 2077) shows declining trend due to effect of COVID-19. Import of major commodities for the first four months of FY 2020/021 decreased by 12.1% over previous year mainly due to decrease in import of Petroleum Products, Transport Equipment and Other Machinery. However, import of rice and crude soybean oil has gone up significantly.
